Celebrate: Childhood Memories & Freebies

Every Saturday night in the 70s my family would gather in the living room with a big plate of Mom's chocolate brownies and watch a set list of shows:

Such happy memories!!
That made me think of a candy I loved as a child that I never see anymore - Candy Dots

And this toy I desperately wanted as a kid -- Operation!

Do you have fond memories of special TV shows, candy, or toys you loved as a kid?

Celebrate: I'm Back!

I'm Baaaaack!

This week I'm celebrating:

1) My vacay left me feeling relaxed, content, and ready to go back to work on my WIP without stressing out. (I hope that lasts...)
2) While I can't really bust a move like the dancers above, my toe has healed enough that I can walk like a normal human being (or Walk Like an Egyptian)!

I've noticed that sometimes in my dreams I can sing like Celine Dion, tap-dance like Gregory Hines, and play the piano like my mother. (She was very good.) I guess this is some kind of wish fulfillment since I wish I could really do those things.

Do you have abilities in your dreams you wish you had in real life?
